In this book, Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson list many of the ideas they put into action at 37signals / Basecamp. Some go the way of what we are used to reading everywhere, but others go directly opposite to what the typical startup should do. And, still, their company is successful ;-)
Take a quick look at the first pages and you’ll immediately notice sections such as “interruption is the ennemy of productivity”, “go to sleep”, “hire managers of one” or “decisions are temporary” – and I’m only quoting the titles of a few of the many sections I liked!
→ 5⁄5 This books is easy to read, built of many short sections. It’s packed with great content, including some ideas every managers or founder should read.
